What is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 3 years of travel agency experience, with a strong understanding of the travel industry
• Proficiency in the Sabre CRS system and experience with Travelport
• 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in the travel sector
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage multiple complex requests and work with C-level executives

• Expertise in international travel bookings and processes
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive customer service approach
• Strong attention to detail and ability to retain client travel preferences
