Position: Sr. Graphic Designer

The Sr. Graphic Designer will play an integral role on the Pro Lash marketing team . We are looking for a digital & packaging graphic design powerhouse with a passion for the beauty, fashion, and lifestyle landscape. This role is responsible for the successful execution of all graphic design deliverables. Work from our Sr. Graphic Designer will be prominently displayed across company social media channels, the Pro Lash website, email marketing campaigns, packaging, retail partnerships, and more.

You will be the key point person for the planning and management of all things creative for the Pro Lash brand. You will support the Performance Marketing Director and Social Media Manager in campaign execution from concept to launch, ensuring our creative assets inspire, convert, and reinforce Pro Lash’s premium brand identity.

• Collaborate with and support the Creative Director and team on all creative projects
• Ensure all designs accurately represent Pro Lash’s brand, values, and visual identity
• Partner with marketing, education, operations, and sales teams to ensure designs are on-brand and copy is correct
• Manage timelines effectively and communicate proactively about any blockers
• Research and evaluate market trends, analyzing competitive packaging and creative designs
• Select functional design concepts and create packaging mock-ups
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions for new product launches, partnerships, and digital campaigns

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Design, Graphic Design, Art, or a related field
• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong emphasis on packaging and digital design
• Agency or in-house experience with CPG or beauty brands preferred
• Experience in luxury beauty, skincare, fragrance, or fashion is a plus
• Ability to comp designs for marketing, sales, education, and PR needs
• Proficiency in Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
• Obsessive attention to detail
• Ability to iterate quickly and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a client-driven approach and a can-do attitude
