My client needs a Data Entry Operator . The incumbent will be responsible for investigating and processing requests in support of customers and internal/external business partners performed under. The individual will assist management or subject matter expert in activities of basic complexity, requiring some independent judgment.
This job offers you:

• A SET SCHEDULE! (Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm ( flexible with a schedule; start time from 7:30am-11:00am)
• Competitive wage at $21/00/hr.
• Onsite work in Uniondale, NY

• College degree or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in either customer service and/or a related professional work environment preferred.
• Demonstrates strong ability to work independently and to adjust schedule to meet service standards.
• Proven ability to remain focused in fast paced environment.
• Proven ability to multi-task.
• Proficient use of computer systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Must possess effective verbal and written communication skills.

• Perform clerical duties, including data entry, filing paper documents, email, calendar management, and word processing.
• Perform data enter transactions to insurance policies and other functions to support the team .
• Receive and respond to written and verbal communications from internal and external business partners .
• Report system and/or policy issues .
• Maintain and report on daily work conditions based on business unit needs .
• Investigate and resolve requests and/or inquiries of basic complexity .
